  • Introduction to Mental Toughness
  • Developmental Drills

YEAR TWO

  • Advanced Techniques
  • Video and Technical Analysis
  • Match Charting and statistical analysis
  • Periodisation planning and peaking for performance
  • Long term player development
  • Mental Toughness
  • Introduction to Fitness and Nutrition
  • Matchplay Drills

YEAR THREE

  • Travelling on Tour
  • Drugs in Sport
  • Tournament Preparation
  • Sponsors and Sponsorship

 
Students who already hold part or all of this qualification and can provide proof of experience in coaching may apply for Recognised Prior Learning and may not be required to attend these training days.

Students graduate upon completion of a Bachelor Thesis.
