Our state-of-the-art course on " Digital Transformation & IT Management" has taken a ZEBS class one step closer to transforming the students to the Digital Business Leaders of the 21st century.

The course started with a rich discussion about the Digital Evolution and its impacts on society. The class looked into how technologies like Machine Learning and open APIs are being used for competitive advantage. Students continued by analysing IT products and their relevant processes; from concept to implementation. The quirks of IT project management versus more traditional methods were revealed and models like Scrum were discussed. Last but definitely not least, the strategic aspects of digital transformation were studied. The different avenues of digitalisation of businesses were analysed and students learned how to concretely assess a business' digital maturity.
